Resilience is often described as our ability to keep going when faced with difficult situations. However, resilience is more than this, it is also about our ability to adapt when faced with challenging circumstances, whilst maintaining mental wellbeing. Resilience isn’t about making your problems go away, rather resilience is the ability to see past them, find enjoyment in life and better handle stress.

This course will take approximately one to one and a half hours to complete, but this timing will depend on how fast you read and how long you spend on the activities and reflective questions. You do not need to complete the whole course in one go. If you leave and come back to the course it will remember where you got up to.
