treatments available, such as aromatherapy, traditional Chinese
medicine, light therapy and yoga. You will discover the role these therapies could have in
mental health recovery.
The course has the history of each therapy, how it works and how to
get them.
This course will take about 2 hours to do, depending on how fast you read.
