Within this course you will discover what gratitude is and why it can be beneficial to practice. It will also discuss the types of things that we can be grateful for as well as the power of gratitude. At the end of the course, you will learn about some of the many types of gratitude practices. Then it is over to you to decide what you do with this new knowledge.
