To feel more connected, think about the things you enjoy doing and what you could get involved with.

  • Join a group or club based on what you enjoy e.g. martial arts, drama, sports, music etc.
  • Spend time around people, observing your surroundings.
  • Volunteer in your community e.g. getting involved in local projects or campaigns.
  • Connecting with people with similar spiritual or religious beliefs.
  • Spending time with animals e.g. your pet or the pet of someone you know.
  • Spending quality time with friends and family.
