Effective communication is vital in the process of recovery and essential for our overall wellbeing. This course explores what communication is and the different common communication styles which are passive, aggressive and assertive. It also covers resilience and ways to build confidence and self-esteem. 

This course is made up of three parts. This course will take approximately 1 to 2 hours to complete, but this timing will depend on how fast you read and how long you spend on the reflective questions. You do not need to complete the whole course in one go. If you leave and come back to the course it will remember where you got up to.
