In this course you can read testimonies (interviews) from people who have experienced a major incident.
It will take about 1 to 2 hours to do. However, this timing will depend on how fast you read and how long you spend on the activities and questions. You do not need to complete the whole course in one go. If you leave and come back to the course you can pick up where you left off.
If you would like a certificate, you need to do the course through your online account. Remember also to press the ‘Mark Complete’ button at the bottom of each page. If you don’t have an online account or don’t press the buttons, you can still do the course but won’t get a certificate.
