This course is about habits or routines that are good for your mental health.

It’s for anyone. It may help you most if you’re going through tough times. These can easily upset your routines. We give ideas to help you with this. They partly come from mental health staff and people who use these services.

What is recovery?

Mental health recovery means enjoying things again, at least some of the time. It’s about having more control over your life. People recover in different ways. Some people return to how they were before. Others may need to change how they live to stay well.

How long does the course take to do?

The course takes about 15 minutes to do. It depends on how fast you read. As well as how long you spend on any tasks.

You do not need to do the whole course in one go. If you come back, it’ll remember where you got up to.
