The Spirituality Flower

What is the Spirituality Flower?

The Spirituality Flower was co-produced by the Tees Esk and Wear Valley NHS trust and service users to represent their views on spirituality, in a similar way to the creation of the CHIME factors. The Spirituality Flower can be used as a way to explore your spiritual or religious needs.

Surveys carried out nationally and within the Trust show that many service users wish to have spirituality considered within their care because it helps them to recover and keep well.
