Aims

By the end of this section we hope you will have:

  • Found out more about post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
  • Developed an awareness of what flashbacks are and how they are experienced.
  • Gained practical knowledge of how to deal with PTSD and flashbacks.
  • Learnt mindfulness  and grounding strategies and gain some ideas of how to create a grounding box.
