How to bring about the change you need in your life

Research shows that useful routines can help our physical and mental health. However, they can be one of the first things that go when we’re stressed. Instead, we can slip into unhelpful ways of living. This course look at how to change your life in a direction you want.

To do this it’s useful to know how to

  • Spot the habits you have that you need to keep.
  • Develop useful new habits and routines.
  • Stick to them even when times are tough.

  1. What a routine is and how they can help or hinder you.
  2. How to form them using habit stacking.
  3. How to plan your routine.
  4. When to use the Cycle of Change and CHIME factors to create new routines.
  5. Possible useful morning and evening routines.

  1. What habits do you have, at the moment?
  2. What helps you stick to a useful routine you have? When is it hard?
