Breathing Exercise

Breath

Breath, an indispensable aspect of life, serves as the primal act at birth and the concluding one at the time of death. Throughout our existence, we engage in approximately half a billion breaths.

The connection between the mind, body, and breath is dynamic, wherein each element influences the others. Notably, our thoughts are able to alter our breath, and conversely, the breath serves as a modulator of our thoughts and physiological responses.

Within this symbiotic relationship, the art of conscious breathing can be used to increase equilibrium and reduce the stress response. Intentional breathing allows individuals to develop a deeper understanding of the profound connection between breath and overall wellbeing.

Breathing exercises are included at the beginning and end of each part of this course. They can help with panic, depression, panic attacks and overall wellbeing.
