Last year we released this course which looks at all things routine, including what a routine is and building habits and a routine using habit stacking, the chime factors and the cycle of change. It will also discuss morning and evening routines and top tips for planning a new routine.
With this knowledge you should be able to create or adapt your own routine.
Lots of research suggests that having a personally constructive routine can be extremely beneficial to our physical and mental wellbeing. However, our routine is usually the thing that we lose first in times of difficulty. This can result in the loss of more helpful habits and routines whilst potentially adding less helpful habits and developing a routine you’re unhappy with. This course will help you to be able to recognise positive habits that you already have, add new habits into your day and provide you with tips to help you to maintain a helpful routine and regain a routine when things are difficult.
