This course has six parts. It will take around one to one and a half hours hour to do, but this timing will depend on how fast you read and how long you spend thinking about any questions. Everyone is different, what is most important is that you learn at a pace that is comfortable to you. You do not need to complete the whole course in one go. If you leave and come back to the course, it will remember where you got up to.

This course is part of the Lifestyle and Recovery Series which is a series of courses on Recovery College Online however you can choose to only do some or do them in any order.

We would like to give thanks to Dr Laura Brown, Angela Norris and an involvement member for TEWV NHS Foundation trust for all of their involvement with this course.
