Get Started

This course is based on the view that resilience is being able to move forward after a difficult time. It might not be something that we develop straight away, more something that grows and develops over time as we evolve after a difficult event. The course also highlights that resilience can involve asking for help from others too. It’s just not just about struggling with things alone.

In making the course we’ve worked with professionals who support people to develop their resilience.
