Starting university will mean living away from home for the first time. You may come across things which are new to you, which could trigger stress.
This course looks at the transition to university, being a student and how to look after yourself. It focuses on taking care of your wellbeing and asking for help. Recovery College Online and Teesside University created this course.
This course will take around one and a half to two and a half hours to complete. How fast you read and how long you spend on any activities will affect how long the course takes to complete. You do not need to complete the whole course in one go. If you leave and go back to the course, it will remember where you are at.
