This course is about coming off medication. It discusses various drug groups, and what can happen when stopping them. It gives the reasons why stopping slowly is healthier and information about how to stop, when it might be important to stop suddenly, and how to manage the long term effects of stopping medications too quickly.

This course will take about 30 to 60 minutes to complete. This depends on how fast you read and how long you spend on the questions. You do not need to complete the whole course in one go. If you leave and come back to the course it will remember where you got up to.
