There is evidence that seeing art and going to museums can be good for your general health and wellbeing, and also mental health. They can help you stay well and recover faster. The arts have a big role to play in this. The arts can help you feel more connected to the people and world around you and can reduce isolation (Creative Health: The Arts for Health and Wellbeing).
This course will take about 2 to 3 hours to complete. This timing will depend on how fast you read and how long you spend on the questions. You do not need to finish the course in one go. If you leave and come back the course, it will remember where you got up to.
