This course is an updated version of a course called ‘Maintaining Occupational Balance’ which was available on Recovery College Online after the COVID-19 pandemic.

This course was launched February 2026.

The course discusses how you can balance your roles routines and responsibilities to benefit your mental health, wellbeing and recovery. It may be helpful for anyone struggling to achieve balance in their life.
