Signature Strengths

When thinking about strengths, the ones that are our strongest strengths are known as our signature strengths. These are the strengths that we often see in ourselves and that others recognise in us. They are likely to have been both in the selections you made and near the top of the list when taking the character strengths survey above. Signature strengths can be defined as:

Positive traits that a person owns, celebrates and frequently uses.

Peterson u0026 Seligman (2004)

Consider more:

1) How did you find choosing strengths for yourself and taking the character strengths survey?rn2) What do you think are your top five signature strengths?

Important:

You might want to make notes at this point. These may help you remember things, work out what you want or see how much you’ve changed if you read them in a few years’ time.
