ARCH Sing-a-long (weekly sessions)

Mindfulness Moments (weekly drop in sessions)
Friday 21st and 28th May, 1 pm – 1.40 pm
Do you want to feel less stressed, more relaxed, focused and alert? Are you curious about mindfulness but not sure what it is all about?
Join our “Mindful Moments” 40-minute drop-in sessions. We will start with some mindful movement followed by a seated meditation or guided visualisation.
Practices will include some gentle stretches and tai chi movements, followed by a short, seated meditation or visualisation. The seated practice will focus on self-compassion, body awareness, connecting with the breath and centering exercises.
