Think about the things you like to do

To feel more connected and in touch, think about the things you enjoy doing. How can you do them more often?
- Join a group or club e.g. martial arts, drama, sports, music etc.
- Spend time with people who like the same things.
- Volunteer with a local project or campaign.
- Go to a local church, mosque, synagogue or temple.
- Play with your pet or the pet of someone you know.
