Connectedness is all about relationships. The relationships we have with other people or with things we enjoy, places we love and beliefs that are important to us. In fact anything that makes us feel that we're not on our own.

Connectedness is important. Being alone or cut off, as if you’re not part of the world around you, isn’t a good place to be.
